FREEZING FACILITIES -

A. CONTACT FREEZER -   3 NOS  HAVING CAPACITY  2 X  5 TONS PER DAY -= 10 TONS AND  
                                                                         1 X10 TONS PER DAY  = 10 TONS /DAY
                                                                         TOTAL 20 TONS/DAY .

B . BLAST FREEZER OR TUNNEL FREEZER - 1 NO , CAPACITY  8 TONS PER DAY .
     CAN INCREASE TO 15 TONS PER DAY BY CHANGING THE EXISTING COMPRESSOR .

C . COLD STORE - 2 NOS .  100 TONS AND 200 TONS = 300 TONS CAPACITY .

OTHER FACILITIES LIKE  - LABORATORY , PRE PROCESSING CENTER , WATER SUPPLY , IN HOUSE CONTAINER STOWING FACILITY , TUBE ICE AND FLAKE ICE MACHINES , GENERATOR , OFFICE SPACE ETC

A.  CFW - ROUND THE YEAR .  PEAK SEASON JULY TO DECEMBER .

B.  OCTOPUS 100 GRAMS TO 1000 GRAMS UP - ROUND THE YEAR -  PEAK SEASON AUG TO MARCH

C.  BABY OCTOPUS - 100 GRAMS DOWN UP TO 20 GRAMS - ROUND THE YEAR - PEAK SEASON - AUGUST TO NOVEMBER .

D. SQUID - WHITE ( LOLIGO )  - SEASON JULY TO NOVEMBER .

E. SQUID - SEMI LOLIGO ( SEMI NEEDLE ) - SEASON - AUGUST TO OCTOBER .

F. SQUID - NEEDLE - AUGUST TO APRIL .

G. AORI IKA - SOFT CUTTLEFISH - ROUND THE YEAR - PEAK SEASON - OCTOBER TO MARCH .

OUR PROPOSED WORKING STYLE -

COMPANY WILL DO THE PROCESSING AND FREEZING , PACKING AND UP TO SHIPMENT BY  JOB WORK ON A CONTRACT BASIS .

 A.FREEZING CHARGES - 

1.BLOCK FREEZING IN CONTACT FREEZER - USD 0.25 PER KG    

• INCLUDING  UNLOADING THE R/M , ICING , WASHING , GRADING, FREEZING, PACKING,  STORING  AND LOADING THE FINAL PRODUCT IN THE CONTAINER FOR SHIPMENT AND  GOVERNMENT STATUTORY FEES LIKE EXPORT INSPECTION COUNCIL FEES AND MPEDA  FEES ETC, CUSTOMS FEES AND TAX ALSO .

2. BLAST FREEZING -  USD 0.30 PER KG  INCLUDING WORK AS SAME AS ABOVE .

3. STORING CHARGES - USD 0.030 PER  CARTONS OF 20 KG BOX .

4. POWER FAILURE IF OCCURS - THE ACTUAL COST OF FUEL WILL BE BARED BY THE BOTH PARTIES EQUALLY .

5. MINIMUM CHARGE -  MONTHLY MINIMUM QUANTITY TO BE PROCESSED IS 8 TONS PER DAY OR EQUAL AMOUNT OF THE 8 TONS FREEZING CHARGE .

6. ADVANCE AS DEPOSIT - USD 92,000/-  WHICH IS REPAYABLE IN 20 EQUAL INSTALLMENTS FROM THE PROCESSING AND FREEZING CHARGES .

(II) FISHING LICENCE IN YEMEN WATERS FOR TRAWLERS

If you wish to Fish in Yemen waters with your trawlers we have the Licence approved by the Ministry of Fish Wealth  for 10 vessels and if interested kindly contact us for all information which we can provide you at all times. 

Vessels should be Maximum 40 meters,Breath about 9 meters, depth 5 meters

and the Engine about 1100 HP.

Fishing from 5 miles and above from Shores of the Economic Zones of the Yemen Waters

From the Red Sea to the Arabian sea.

You can change the fishing grounds according to the fishing season and availability of 

different fish like the Cuttle Fish,Shrimps Semisecultus white and deep sea shrimps red,

deep sea lobsters and varieties of fishes.

Licence fees per vessel per Year about USD 13,500 per year  per vessel. Govt Tax for the 

catch will be 30% for the Cuttle Fish,Octopus,Lobsters and Shrimps, For the fish 25 % on 

the price fixed by the Govt like the cfw will be usd 3000 pmt,Lobster about 8000 pmt,shrimp

white abot 9000 pmt and fish about 1000 pmt and you will pay the tax as per above also according to the quantity.

You will have 5 people employed and to protect the vessels from the Ministry of Fisheries and their salary will be about usd 2500 for all the 5 persons

As you know yemen is a very very lucrutive fishing ground and you will succeed according to my experience for the last 11 years what i see and export from Yemen.

(III) SHRIMP FARMING IN YEMEN JOINT VENTURE PROJECT

Farming in the Arabian sea and the red sea in Yemen.

We have 10/20 kms of land in one stretch along the seacoast  in 3 places for the shrimp farming and fish farming. 

Investors required on Joint venture experiences in the said field. As a guide and  consultant for this project what are the details you would require.
