This product is caught by vessels in Indonesian waters and freezed On board.
Last year we had sold this for Usd 5.50 but this year we are selling it for Usd 4.80 per kg to our clients.
Onboard frozen Octopus. (Octopus Vulgaris)
Packing : 21kgs to 24 kgs per poly bag.
Sizes : 700gms to 2000 gms packed together in polybags.
After thawing around 10 polybags of octopus the percentage determined per size is as follows :
700/800 gr 5%,
800/1200 gr 15% ,
1200/1500 gr 30%,
1500/2000 gr 40%
2000/3000 gr 10% .
